驻澳大利亚使馆发言人：澳方应切实尊重中国司法主权

　　驻澳大利亚使馆发言人就澳大利亚外长关于成蕾案声明的表态

　　我们对澳大利亚外长8月13日的有关声明表示坚决反对。中方已多次就有关澳大利亚籍人士成蕾案阐明立场。中国司法机关依法办案，并充分保障有关人员各项合法权利。澳方应切实尊重中国司法主权，不得以任何形式干预中国司法机关依法办案。

　　We firmly oppose the statement by the Australian Foreign Minister on 13 August 2021. China has repeatedly made clear its position on the case concerning Australian citizen Cheng Lei. Chinese judicial authorities handle the case strictly in accordance with law and fully protect the lawful rights of the relevant person. The Australian side should respect China’s judicial sovereignty and refrain from interfering in any form in Chinese judicial authorities’ lawful handling of the case.
